The in Eersel situated E3 strand (E3 beach) is located on a distance of 14 minutes driving from The Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming stadium. Parallel to the E3 strand, sheltered by an afforested surrounding, the A67 highway lays down. An E3-beachpavilion is located on the E3 strand which has an pleasant, sociable and wide terrace.

The E3 strand has 36 ha clear water with a natural cleaning process, without vermin or overgrowth. At the E3 strand there arise a river from the Gender, daily there comes about 500.000 litre clear ground water above. At regularly times there are water inspections. The E3 strand has 4000 parking-lots, it is clarifying and good to guard. The pavilion offers limited facilities for water, electricity and sewerage.

The beach has a distance of 1380 metres long and is 490 width. The highest and lowest part is sheltered by a bridge. The deepest point is around 12 metre and the lowest point is a few centimetres. The E3 strand has an experience with organising events for 50 till 1000 people.
